How to cut a flower

These instructional pictures step you through how to cut a flower. Flowers can also vary in difficulty. You may like to begin with fewer folds in halves or finish with the contour.

Begin with a square or squarish piece of paper

Fold it into a triangle

Fold the triangle in into a smaller triangle

Fold it into a smaller triangle

Holding the closed point, cut a curved v-shape into the open edge

If you like, you can cut two recesses into the closed edges, and cut of the tip

Unfold to reveal a flower
